Parties - Receptions - Socials
Fifty percent of the total fee, plus state sales tax (5 %), is payable to NVRPA with the signing of the contract. The balance of the rental fee, plus a $1,000 security deposit, is due no later than 30 days before the scheduled event. Rates include tables, chairs, two portable bars and a dance floor. Rates are subject to change and are guaranteed by signed contract only.

The rental period must include the time for event set-up and clean-up.
All evening rental periods must end by Atrium curfews: 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturdays and 11 p.m. on Sundays (except when followed by a Monday holiday) through Thursday.

Meetings may be held Monday through Thursday until 5p.m. for up to eight hours. Meeting rentals are not available weekday evenings, weekends or holidays.
