NVRPA’s Organizational Culture
Every non-profit, business or government has its own unique organizational culture, essentially its own personality. This culture defines the group’s motivations, values and expectations. The Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority conducted an extensive study of its organizational culture to better define these issues. This study shows NVRPA employees have a deep interest in the outdoor, are honest and hard working and proud to work for a lean and entrepreneurial park organization.
